Inside Lacrosse is teaming up with lacrosse legend Mark Millon on a series of instructional videos from his Millon Lacrosse Camps, honoring his 20 years in the instructional camp business. In this installment, Mark talks about the importance of off-ball play for attackmen and midfielders, underlining the point that top players spend most of their time without the ball in their stick. A few of Mark's key points to off-ball play:
• Watch your defenseman's head as he turns to watch the ball
• Make sure you're making eye contact and working with your teammate who's carrying the ball
• As soon as your defender turns to look at the ball, cut backdoor for a quick pass to the goal
